Whistler is the #1 place to snowboard in the world

Map: Whistler Summer Snowboard Campwhistler travel info

As long as you arrive and depart at Vancouver Airport between 11 AM and 3 PM on the camp start and finish dates, our staff will meet you at your gate or as you come out of customs from an international flight. On the end date of a camp, we bring all departing campers to the airport by 9:30 AM.

If possible, you should schedule your departing flight to leave as early as 11:30 AM (but no later than 3 PM) so that you don't have to hang out at the airport with us for too long (you'll probably go crazy with envy while you meet all the new campers just starting their week).

Anyone that needs to arrive or depart outside the arrival/departure days and times can see the upgrades on our sign-up form or make special arrangements with us. If you are thinking of driving to Whistler, you are welcome to meet us at the airport during our scheduled pickup and drop-off times. Whistler is only a 2hr drive from Vancouver via Highway 99 which runs straight to Whistler.

Young Campers Traveling Alone to Camp

We have many young campers that travel alone to our camp. You can request "Unaccompanied Minor" service from all the airlines. They will make sure that your child stays in the care of the Airlines until the approved pickup person picks up the child at the other end. You would simply register our camp as the receiving party. The cost is minimal and some airlines do this for free. You can also request the same service for the return portion so that they stay with airline staff right from when we check them in on the departure day. Minors traveling alone to our camp should carry our travel form

For information on travel documents required by US citizens please visit: the US State Department (http://travel.state.gov/travel/tips/regional/regional_1170.html).

From Vancouver, access to Whistler, which is 120km (75 miles) north on Highway 99, is available by car, limousine, van, scheduled bus, train, or chartered helicopter/float plane.
